Candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance repairs and property make-ready projects and will be responsible for conducting and/or coordinating rental property inspections. Additional responsibilities include:

• Onboarding new contractors and/or maintenance workers
• Issuing and following up on maintenance work orders
• Overseeing and checking property make-ready projects
• Coordinating services for utilities and attending appointments if necessary
• Conducting property inspections including regular checks for occupancy, vacant property inspections, periodic rental inspections, tenant move-out inspections, and tenant move-in inspections
• Taking pictures of properties
• Managing obtainment of rental certificates
• Scheduling and attending appointments for city-required inspections and Section-8 inspections
• Contributing to team effort by completing related tasks as needed

This position also requires monitoring and ordering office supplies and assisting with maintaining an office environment.

Ideal candidate should be detail oriented, have a positive attitude, and be motivated to work independently while also having the ability to work well collaboratively.

This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and reporting. Candidate will be trained on Property Management Software. It is requested that the candidate has a mobile device and a reliable mode of transportation to and from appointments.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
